Printing and Photocopying

All branches of Ku-ring-gai Library have photocopiers which offer black and white and colour copying, as well as scanning services. These photocopiers act as printers too, enabling black and white and colour printing.

You need your Library card or a guest pass to access the computers, photocopiers and pay for copying and printing. You can add money to your card or print a guest pass using the Monitor kiosk that is located near to the photocopier / printer.

You can scan documents directly to your email address or USB from any of the public photocopiers in library branches. There is no charge for using our scanning facilities.

We also provide a remote printing service. Files to be printed can be emailed to krglibrary@monitorlibrary.com and paid for using EFTPOS at the Monitor kiosk in library branches. You can attach multiple files to one email. The body of the email will only be printed if there are no attachments. Reply emails will be sent to confirm that the files are ready to be printed. Please note that unprinted files will be deleted from the system after two days.

You can also create an account, add credit, and upload print jobs by visiting the My Monitor portal.
